Some updates I've been meaning to make a post about

• Updated Server Loading Screen
  •   provides better information
  •   based on suggestion
• Removed Reich Limitation on Driving
  •   New players don't understand the Reich Occupation Tree, so making them figure out one job can only drive might seem cumbersome. All Reich Officials can drive now.
• Jewelry Robbery optimizations and fixes
  •   Jewelry Robbery now properly respawns itself once Robbery is completed so it can be robbed again later.
• Fixed other bugs that I can't remember
